I will prepare a detailed list, customized for your particular home, of exactly how we will market your home to maximize your profit on the sale and minimize the market time.
I will issue you a login and password to the CNelson Network Client Login Area that will give you access to review the marketing links, photos, virtual tours, viewing statistics, neighborhood competition, and all transaction updates and status changes.
In an effort to encourage the best possible offers, I will work in cooperation with all local Realtors who represent clients that are interested in purchasing your property.
I will provide for you an estimate of the monies you will receive upon the sale of your property and update that information upon the delivery of any new offers.
I will present all offers, explain the pros and cons and assist you in all negotiations.
I will follow the escrow from start to finish to ensure a smooth transaction and keep you informed of anything that is pertinent.
I will be in touch at least once a week during the complete listing and transaction period and show you how to get in touch with me rapidly by phone, voicemail or e-mail for any questions, concerns or requests.
